Description: They are vineyards from the estate around the winery in Villabuena del Puente located on a north-south slope at about 700 meters high.

Age: Vineyards over 25 years old.

Soil: Poor clay loam soils.

Climate: Hard continental climate with Atlantic influence and with marked variations in temperature between day and night.

Yield: Very low yields

Elaboration
Harvest: Manual harvest and transfer to the winery in small boxes and use of a selection table.

Vinification: The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the aging takes place for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
