Mouth: On the palate, it is a wine in which the sweetness and tannin are very well integrated, with a good body and a very long aftertaste where the sweetness, acidity and slight bitterness of the tannin remain very pleasant.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 15 and 18ºC

PAIRING: Appetizer or desserts, dried fruit, goose liver, Roquefort cheeses, gorgonzola.

PREPARATION: it is a mixture of other wines from various vintages that rest in oak.
