Bright straw yellow in color with light golden reflections. Intense aromas of yellow pulp and citrus fruits appear on the nose, including peach, melon and orange peel, floral notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, including sage, spicy touches of caramel and vanilla, to close with light mineral touches. On the palate it is full, intense and deep, characterized by a beautiful minerality that gives it freshness and lengthens the final drink.

Pairing: Pasta with vegetable sauce. Grilled fishSushi and sashimi. Steamed fish and seafood.
