Tasting note
With an attractive cherry red color, well covered, its aroma reminds us of ripe black fruit, with balsamic and subtle spicy nuances, given by its aging in barrels. In the mouth it has a powerful, fleshy and very tasty entry, with a great retro nasal persistence, fruity and ripe.

Service Temperature: 16º - 18º C

Pairing: all kinds of meats, mainly red meats and stews, as well as fatty fish.

Winemaking
The pre-fermentation and post-fermentation maceration is carried out for 30 days, with daily pump-overs, and at a temperature between 28ºC and 30ºC. After malolactic fermentation in barrels for a month, they are transferred to tanks for stabilization and barrel aging for a minimum of six months and a maximum of 14 months.
