Tasting notes: in sight with a slight straw yellow color, crossed by slight reflections more tending to greenish. On the nose it is aromatic, with aromas reminiscent of broken rock and vegetable touches, also embellished with touches of tropical fruits and citrus. In the mouth it is subtle in body, with a fresh and tasty drink, with a finish of good persistence.

Pairing: excellent with grilled fish, risotto with vegetables, smoked fish appetizers.
