Tasting notes: At sight it has a bright straw yellow color. The olfactory picture opens up in aromas of grapefruit, kiwi, white peach, passion fruit, lychee, mango, notes of sage and tomato leaf. The sip is rich and juicy, with ripe fruit, smooth and dense aromas, well balanced with a fresh and persistent finish.

Pairing: excellent with grilled fish, pasta with white fish, pasta with fish with tomato.
