Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color. It opens on the nose with aromas of concentrated white fruit and flowers, on a background of pure herbs. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, well structured, it reveals delicious aromas of apple and pear reduction, hazelnut and dried fruit. Excellent freshness and salinity on the finish. Great aging potential.

Pairing: Excellent with shellfish, prawns and lobsters
