The Schloss Marienlay Riesling is the union of all the attributes of the three valleys: the freshness of the Saar, the spiciness of the Ruwer and the fertility of the Moselle.

It takes its name from the winery's headquarters, the Castle of Marienlay.

Tasting notes: On the nose, delicate hints of white flowers are perceived, along with lychees and stone fruits (peach and apricot). Fine and mineral flavor in the mouth. The acidity is evident, but wonderfully integrated.

Pairing: Ideal with spicy Asian dishes and soups, Indian curry, sushi and smoked fish.
