ECOLOGICAL CULTIVATION
Organic farming determines and conditions the tools available
for the sanitary control of the vineyard, which requires combining a perfect
control of vegetation with a modern use of traditional solutions.
Tools such as reinforcing the plant's defenses by resorting to
biological substances and natural fertilizers for use both in soil
as on the plant, the treatments with minerals present in the
nature (sulfur, copper, silicon, ..), the use of plant extracts in
maceration, the diffusion of sex hormones into the environment to
prevent the mating of insects, such as the vine moth, etc.
Soils
The vineyards from which this wine comes are based on soils
ancient, of alluvial origin, gravelly, with excellent drainage and
aeration.
Generally every year it is grown under plant cover, that is,
letting spontaneous vegetation grow in the streets of the vineyard,
causing less vigor and development of the vineyard due to competition.
Serving then in turn as a nutrient and balancing element of the soil
when it is cut and buried in the vineyard at the end of its cycle
annual growth.
DOMINANT CLIMATE
Atlantic, temperate type, with differentiated seasons.
TUNED IN BOTTLE
No particular refining in the bottle is required and can be
marketed in the first months of the year. Will hold
perfectly more than a year in bottle.
TASTING NOTE
Live ruby layer, notes of youth, aromas of grapes and flowers, red fruits.
Fresh and lively on the palate, sweet and enveloping.
Serve at 13-14ºC.
