Tasting notes: Very pale straw yellow color, dense sensation in the glass. Very delicate nose, with hints of white flowers, pear, quince and fresh herbaceous tones of fennel. Sweet entry, with volume and unctuousness. It is followed by a fresh and acid sensation, balanced by the glyceric sensation of the wine. The aftertaste brings the aromas of aging on the lees, lengthening the flavor. Mediterranean wine, with a fragile appearance but with a very marked character.

Pairing: Baked white fish, fish rice.
