Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with golden reflections and silver touches. On the nose it is mineral with slightly iodized and calcareous notes that are found with the fruity aromas of peach, apple and rhubarb, as well as with the vegetable aromas of verbena, chamomile and Jasmine tea. The aromas that are released reveal notes of lime, licorice, citrus, almond and rose. On the palate it is clean and fresh with a delicate and creamy pearl.
