On the nose it evokes notes of bergamot, almond, lemon, black currant, with hints of hummus and iodine, reveals notes of mandarin albedo, grapefruit, acacia and linden, anise, white peach, on the palate it is clean and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence, develops a pulpy and coated fruity substance, supported by an acidity of lemon and fleshy fruits.
Pairing: Serve with pomegranate-glazed pork, mashed sweet potato with sesame and guava seasoning, crispy soft veal sweetbreads on carnarolli risotto and black cardamom.
