On the palate it is fleshy, juicy and of good sensory satisfaction: it is elegantly arranged in the mouth, walking with beautiful sapidity towards a graceful and long finish.

Pairing: Pear and sausage risotto. Try it with coq au vin, a typical dish of the Parisian tradition.
