The nose immediately releases a note of compote quince, followed by a hint of dried fern that degrades into hints of star anise, vanilla and herbs.

Dry, partially warm and soft, and on the other hand pleasantly fresh. Very savory, full-bodied and with a slight tannic sensation. Balanced and intense wine, with a long taste persistence. Harmonious and flavorful, with an aftertaste reminiscent of butter, ripe peach and a bitter almond note.
