Raventós Rosell Brut Nature (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada, Pinot Noir and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES:
View: Straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus fruits and golden pulp; apricot, apple, pear, golden plums, peach. With mineral and herbal touches.
Mouth: Fresh and sweet flavor, with a saline aftertaste on the palate, indicating the presence of minerals. Presents fruity reminiscences.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Cava.

AGING: This wine ages 12 months in the bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes are delicately pressed and macerated at cold temperatures, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the use of natural yeasts. The wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled, where it is aged for 12 months before being marketed and consumed.
