Tasting notes: Golden yellow color of a beautiful intensity. Powerful and expressive on the nose with aromas of dried apricot, acacia and elderflower; then it opens with notes of cedar wood and honey. The mouth, full and greedy, is sublimated by a hint of lateral trunk and punctuated by a fresh finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, fish dishes, shellfish.
