Soil: The "Berg Rottland" vineyards almost reach Rudesheim. The weathered slate and clay provide the ideal conditions for Riesling to mature, which grows lushly in soils with a high mineral content.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Exotic nose, with hints of ripe pineapple. Ripe tropical fruits and hints of green tea on the palate. Excellent minerality and great balance.

Pairing: Excellent with salmon, fish and white meats.
