Intense and bright straw yellow color. The olfactory spectrum is structured around floral aromas, alternating with decidedly intense notes of exotic fruits. In the mouth it is rich, complex, enveloping and balanced. It closes with a moderately persistent refreshing finish.

Pairings: Excellent throughout the meal, dishes where the basic ingredient is fish. Also as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres such as green cakes.
