On the palate it is fruity, well balanced, silky, spicy, airy and offers a slightly acid framework, a slight unctuousness, minerality, gourmandise as well as a beautiful delicacy.

Pairing: Ideal with a seafood dish. Fish terrine (sea bass, monkfish, salmon) Mix raw salmon/smoked salmon.
