Terra Vitis A wonderfully balanced wine, this blend of creamy Viognier and fresh Sauvignon. Therefore, the name Équilibre is rightly chosen. On the one hand, because both varieties are half present, on the other hand because the wine is perfectly balanced.

After the harvest, the grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for six months on the lees of the spent yeast cells (sur lie), with regular batonage or removing the yeast residues. This gives the white wine a fuller and more balanced flavor.
