Grapes harvested in 70-year-old vineyards in the interior of the country, with a yield of 15 hl/ha. Banyuls type Rimage (fruity), aged for 12 months in a reducing environment. Aging potential: more than 20 years.

Tasting notes: Garnet color. It offers a beautiful aromatic complexity, dominated by blackcurrant and blackberry jam, supported by hints of pepper and cocoa. On the palate aromas of apricot jam, black cherries, plums on the finish, all supported by a tannic texture that tempers the sweetness.

Pairing: Combines perfectly with cheeses.
