Vinification: fermented at a controlled temperature on natural yeasts for a period ranging from 21 to 28 days.

Ageing: in new French oak barrels for a period of between 16 and 18 months.

Tasting Notes: In the glass it is a deep ruby colour. On the nose it shows notes of ripe fruit with notes of blackberries and black cherries and strawberries and a delicate spice. On the palate it is velvety and elegant, with important fruity aromas, very good acidity and well-balanced tannins. Excellent persistence.

Pairing: Excellent in combination with red meats and mushrooms
