Tasting notes: Intense and bright ruby red color, with fine aromas of ripe fruit, accompanied by pepper and cloves, mineral notes are not lacking, on the palate it is soft and fresh, well balanced and very pleasant, immediately reminiscent of the second sip, a little to please, a little to know better, to see what else it can offer us through oxygenation. The tannins are soft, not at all intrusive, we feel a good flavor on the finish.

Pairing: Excellent with first courses with mushrooms and vegetables, but also excellent with pigeon or duck.
