The pigeage is done at least three times a day in which the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. After pressing, it is aged for two years in large oak barrels (1000 to 2500 l). The result is a traditional flavor and an elegant presence on the palate. A wine of longevity and complexity that develops over time in the glass. Despite the yellow tannin, the texture is finely tuned and the wine is well balanced.
