Tasting notes: Dry wine, but soft on the attack (glycerin, minerality and evolution typical of the grape but not oxidative). On the palate it develops aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple), nuts, especially almonds, and finally mushrooms. Long finish, with a bitter and salty touch, characteristic of the Jura.
Pairing: Excellent with creamy or slightly spicy dishes, risotto, river fish, goat cheese.
