Tasting Notes: Light pink petal colour, the nose is juicy, displaying raspberry, gooseberry and peach nectarine, along with oriental spices such as coriander grains, aromatic pepper and a touch of liquorice. On the palate it is dense and smooth, silky and medium fresh, generous, spicy with intense flavors of ripe fruit such as red berries and aromatic peel. The finish is long and tasty.

Pairing: Excellent with vegetarian food, seafood, poultry, pork.
