Vinification and aging: Direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation of 85% of the grapes in barrels from the first to the ninth step and 15% in cement eggs. Aged for 10 months for 80% of the wine in barrels, of which 10% are new and 20% in cement eggs.

Fragrant white wine with citrus and exotic characteristics. Soft and seductive, it goes straight to the mouth, expanding during the sip with cleanliness and elegance, revealing toasted nuances. An elegant, fascinating and deep wine.
