Delicate and complex, with crystalline aromas of yellow fruits and lemon zest. A wine with length and good architecture

Yellow color with golden tones. Austere on the nose, it leaves us marine and saline aromas. Full-bodied and with very good acidity, it has a lot of life ahead of it.

Vinification:
Short maceration of between 24 and 30 hours. Gently pressed in a French press. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in 1200 liter oak barrels.
