Tasting notes: In the glass it has a ruby red color. Floral notes of rose and fruitier aromas reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry. It is a more rustic Volnay thanks to the presence of tannins. Powerful and spicy wine. Great complexity.

Pairings: Excellent with grilled meats, quail, pheasant or not too refined cheeses.
