Soil: composed of silt - stony and clayey with the presence of iron.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow color. On the nose, mainly fruity and buttery notes are appreciated; slightly spicy nuances complete the nose. On the palate it is broad, round, with an aftertaste characterized by light aromas of tropical fruits and almonds.

Pairings: Excellent with foie gras pâté, it goes very well with white meats and fish.
