The Preuses Chablis Grand Cru, like all climates of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, are united on the same hill facing southwest, on the right bank of the Serein.

The name of this Climate comes from the word "stone", from the "stony" road.

As on a promontory, the climate of Preuses dominates the Grands Crus hill.

Oriented to the south and southwest, it captures the sun's rays during a good part of the day in the hottest hours.

The brown clay soils sink and meet the limestone marls of Kimmeridg.

Tasting
Very nice pale golden color with soft greenish reflections.

The nose is dense and elegant. It is a balance between precision, intensity and straightness.

On the palate it is delicate and charming. A delicate woody note is combined with a long and salivating finish.
