Chablis 1st Montmains is a 1st Cru from the left bank.
The name of this climate evokes "the middle mountain", which is located at an intermediate altitude between two higher coasts.
The orientation is southeast, the slopes can reach 20%.
The soils are quite shallow and the limestone of Kimmeridg does not take long to appear. The soils are stony and well drained.
In this open and airy valley, our 80-year-old Viñas Viejas give all their expressions.

Tasting
Very nice pale golden color with soft greenish reflections.

The nose is intense and precise. It expresses aromas of apricots and lemon. Slightly smoky and floral finish.

In the mouth it is precise and salivating. It is built on a simple mineral structure of great length. Balanced and concentrated finish.
