Mouth: fresh, full-bodied, silky, soft tannins, a long and elegant finish.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Ribeira Sacra.
VINEYARD: mixture of several small plots of Mencía, all of them of the same age, altitude (300-325 m.), The same type of granite soil and the same south orientation, seeking maximum sunshine.
GRAPES: Mencía.
AGING: it has matured in tank for 6 months with its own lees.
WINE PAIRING: with sausages such as chorizo, salami, jerky and ham. With Manchego, idiazabal or even cabrales cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 14-16ºC, at 12-14ºC when the heat is on.
