Helychrysium Licorice, so called for the characterstic aroma of its leaves, is an aromatic mediterranean plant of which the leaves are good for cooking broth, chicken, roasts and stuffings giving these food a taste very similar to the Curry. This is the reason why it is also called "Curry Plant".
