I mean, is it not fresh product? You say in http://www.onlyitalianproducts.it/spedizioni.php :The express shipping is never free of charge and recommended for fresh products (mozzarella, burrata, etc ...), because with this option, the order always arrives in Europe within 24/36 hours from the dispatch confirmation. What cheeses need not the express shipping?

We ship all our products with dry ice packs. Hard cheeses do not necessairly need express shipping, because they are kept fresh by the ice packs.
