In the winter months the anchovies lay their eggs on the seabed. In spring, when the sun glistens on the sea, the sea is no longer dark gray and dull, but it reflects bright blues and greens.

Just at this time, the baby anchovies are born and inhabit the sea. They are just over 2 cm long. Freshly caught, they are marinated. They taste good with olive oil, pepper and lemon and omelette. It takes just a few ingredients to taste all the flavor of the sea.
