Anchovies are a real specialty. The anchovies are allowed to mature in oak barrels (with sea salt) to a particular rite, which was over thousands of years passed from generation to generation. When the anchovies are mature, they are placed piece by piece in oil. The jar is sealed tight in order to preserve the fragrance.

Ingredients: anchovies, chilli, olive oil, sea salt.
