Merkki: Arconatura

The seeds are removed from fresh chillies and they are filled with tuna, capers and anchovies. Thereafter, the chillies are pickled in glasses in olive oil and then pasteurized.

The ingredients have to be fresh. The chilies, tuna, capers and anchovies are all typical products from Southern Italy.

This appetizer is pretty to look at and looks very well just placed on the plate, for example, when you invite friends.
