Barbina Franciacortina is a unique, exclusive meat, available thanks to the direct relationship between the Macelleria Mastra Alebardi and the small breeders of Franciacorta.
A personal collaboration on the territory, from farms with high quality standards in all phases of the production chain: from the living conditions of the animal, to its diet (100% natural) to the slaughterhouse.
The result is a meat with an accentuated marbling, a peculiarity compared to the national meat scene, with a soft and enveloping taste.
