The intent is to create a beer with times, methods and raw materials from many centuries ago. Precisely for this reason, this beer is characterized by the addition, during the boiling phase, of hemp from our fields. Hemp, once spread and cultivated in Italy, recalls the traditions of the past and gives our product a sweet and resinous aroma.

They brew this beer only in October after the hemp flowers are harvested, which are used immediately after they are harvested.

Peace & Love is a beer that is characterized by its link with the past and by the very subtle oxidative notes provided by the micro-oxygenation of the amphora that are gently balanced with the soft aromas of hemp.

Hops of German origin are added to this beer, which we grow in our hop garden located at 800 m/a.s.l. in Val di Cembra.

Peace & Love is a high fermentation organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine the evolution of the product over time.

Another peculiarity is that Peace & Love, after the first fermentation, is transferred to a terracotta amphora where it refines and rests for several months.
