This beer is characterized by the addition, during primary fermentation, of Traminer grape must. The must is obtained from the soft pressing of Traminer grapes recently harvested in our own fields adjoining our estate.

This beer is made only in September at the time of the harvest in order to obtain the maximum expression of quality, freshness and aroma of the available grapes. Mit Liebe is a beer strongly characterized by aromatic notes of tropical fruits coming from the must squeezed immediately before the maceration process.

Hops of American and German origin are added to this beer, which we grow in our hop garden located at 800 m/s.n.m. in Val di Cembra.
