In the final phase of boiling, we add Nepalese pepper that gives the product very particular notes of a fruity, sometimes balsamic itch.

Senza Timur is a high fermentation organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine the evolution of the product over time.
