In their fields they grow organic two-row barley (the Concerto variety), which is then malted in Italy by the malting barley producers' cooperative to which we belong. A small percentage of organic wheat and fresh organic bergamot husks are added to the barley malt, giving this beer great freshness and ease of drinking.

This freshness is accentuated by the use of some hops of American origin that we grow in our hop plantation located at 800 m/s above sea level in Val di Cembra.

Intrépida is a high fermentation organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine the evolution of the product over time.
