A beer characterized by the use of raw materials, roasted malts and coffee from the Giamaica roastery in Verona.

It is a very dark beer, with high fermentation, with evident notes of coffee and a subtle chocolate finish. The low alcohol content makes it a very drinkable product with a clean and dry finish, ideal for a breakfast of champions.

Buio Pesto is a high fermentation organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine the evolution of the product over time.
