Top fermented pale beer, smooth malt aromas of citrus
and fl oral notes. A light body and delicate scents make
this a great beer anytime, enhanced by a surprising clarity.
A fresh beer to be sipped lively because the warm and
sweet hues of the malt are well balanced with the hop
scent. A nice match match for almost all dishes without
extremely intense - fl avours, crustaceans, soft cheeses
and white meats.
Beer brewed with own-produced malt. Secondarily
fermented and aged in bottle, not fi ltered nor pasteurized,
forms natural sediments.
