Italian Pale Ale
Top fermented pale ale craft beer, brewed without
any pasteurising with own-produced malt and hops.
Characterized by an intense yellow colour and orange
hues, within its strong taste, you can recognize citrus
fl avours and aromas of grapefruit and resin. The generous
hopping is balanced by a delicate density and a refreshing
and spicy ending. A good match for deep-fried dishes, blue
and medium mature cheeses, soups and intense fl avored
pasta. Great with hamburgers.
Beer brewed with own-produced malt and hop. Secondarily
fermented and aged in bottle, not fi ltered nor pasteurized,
forms natural sediments.
