AUDACE
Strong, spiced, top-fermented ale, bottle conditioned.

Appearance:
white, compact, fine and persistent head; pale straw yellow colour; fine perlage.

Bouquet:
hints of citrus fruit, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, camomile), almond and peach in syrup.

Flavour:
an astringent citrussy sensation attacks the tip of the tongue, while any bitter sensation is released on the mid palate. Highly quaffable, typical Belgian watery ale.

8.4 %

Excellent with:
rich food but without greasy sauces, smoked or savoury dishes since the ale has little hoppiness.
