Merkki: Terra dei Sapori

Taralli are a typical southern Italian oven product. However, they are known throughout all Italy. Originally they come from Puglia, Campania and Calabria. The ingredients are very simple: flour, water, oil and salt and in some cases spices.

In this case, fennel seeds were added to the recipe.
