Merkki: Pruneddu

The fifty years old pruneddu nougat produces the traditional Sardinian nougat made only with honey (usually Sardinian), first quality dried fruit, egg white (1%); contains at least 50% by weight of dried fruit;
it does not contain added sugars, sucrose and glucose syrup (ingredients commonly used by other Italian nougat plants).
The secret is raw materials of extra quality and ancient wisdom in assembling such precious ingredients.
