CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT.
INGREDIENTS: sugar, sweet almonds, bitter
almonds, fresh egg white, candied lemon peel
of Sorrento IGP (lemon peel of Sorrento IGP,
sugar, glucose syrup), lemon peel, honey,
vanilla, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate.
Use of vegetable oils on the surface of travelling
oven belt to avoid the product from sticking.
